forced isolation
Earlier today over coffee a friend of mine told me that one of his biggest fears is having to wake up alone everyday for the rest of his life. He said that this is what plagues him at 3 am when he can�t get to sleep.
I think that has got to be one of the most depressing things I�ve heard in quite a while.
