holding on to letting go

It can all pile up and you can start to feel hopeless and suffocated and lost.. but eventually it all leads to the same place. Indifference. And its comforting. A lovely reprieve.

But the thing about indifference is that the tighter you hold on to it, the longer you keep your arms around it and refuse to let go, the harder it is to get rid of.

Because eventually you start thinking its normal and forget everything else.
