BBC journalist Jacky Rowland recently testified at the U.N. International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia.

Apparently while visiting Dubrava Prison in May 1999 she came across some dead bodies. When she asked questions about them she was told here that they were victims of the raids NATO launched in response to the Serb crackdown on the Serbian province of Kosovo which is populated mainly by Albanians..

She is quotes as saying, " I have strong doubts that all those prisoners were killed as a direct result of the NATO bombing."

I just want to know one thing.. Since when is a journalist an authority on this sort of thing? And if shes not an authority then why is her opinion considered admissible evidence?
